Our Story
Founded by Isabelle D’Arcy in 2021, The 360 Institute supports executive coaches and consultants with qualitative analysis and report-writing.
We set out to solve a problem: coaches would spend an entire day working on a report when they would rather be doing anything else. So we stepped up to be a part of their team, writing the report so they can reclaim their time.
Over the last five years, we have expanded our vision, our team, and our services. From an initial focus on 360 feedback, we now offer support on team, organization, DEI, and culture assignments. And with our copy-editing service, coaches can feel confident that every piece of writing they produce is polished to perfection without that telling AI shine.
Isabelle D'Arcy
Founder and Writer
Isabelle first learned qualitative analysis and 360 report-writing at age 15, trained by her father, an executive coach, to synthesize interview notes into clear thematic summaries. Over time, word of mouth led other coaches to seek her support, helping them reduce the time spent on writing while preserving the quality of their insights.
As her work expanded, Isabelle developed deep expertise in leadership feedback and qualitative 360 reporting. In 2020, she joined Evolution, a boutique consulting firm, where she served as the in-house report writer for their qualitative engagements. After a year in that role, she launched The 360 Institute to offer this specialized support to a broader group of coaches and consultants.
Isabelle brings nearly twenty years of experience analyzing leadership behavior, team dynamics, and organizational systems to her leadership of The 360 Institute.
